@pratik How do you accumulate sick leave hours? Like can you run out of it?!
Here we just take them as needed. If longer times, might need a doctor evaluation, but as far as I know, one does not run out of them.
@pratik I mean can’t you fall sick for 800 hours now until end of your tenure? Or fall sick every 2nd day?
