@dhe odd ... are there specific searches it fails at? I even use mail.app search on a google email I use and works fine ... or I thought it did.

@dhe aaahh - ICloud ... no idea how that works on search - obviously badly!!

@adrianizq Fastmail is a service I really want to try.

@Gabz can’t recommend it enough. The web app is so fast. Even on iOS. I like that it’s regular old IMAP and with nothing weird like gmail, so native the native apps work perfectly with it as well.
