@SimonWoods I deleted my account last weekend. When asked why by the interface, I said it was because the only app I was willing to use couldn’t operate anymore. I forgot to say I hardly use it anymore anyway, but the Apollo app developer has made it tolerable through his great design.

@odd I'm reading his post right now and seriously... yet another reminder as to why we should support independent developers more than we support massive platforms.
@SimonWoods I put this in my post, but just like Twitter. Reddit didn’t make their own app it was bought. All they have today is owed to third party devs they’re now disposing of.
The long post from the Apollo dev is linked in mind. Reddit pulled some out of line things for any business to do.
@SimonWoods Yep. I hope the dev can do something with either Lemmy or Kbin for the same app if viable.
