Instagram is dead.

Or, at least, it’s no longer recognisable as a photography app.

@adders Died when it was acquired. Flickr (better deal than Glass) and pixelfed (FOSS) are alternatives.

@adders so sad but extremely accurate. I don’t enjoy going to Instagram anymore. At least they rolled back the terrible TikTok like timeline.

@ChrisJWilson Not for me, I still have the horrible UI that takes over the screen for each post. I use Instagram less as a result so not necessarily a bad thing.

@philbowell urgh! I don't know how I managed to get rid of it but I basically swore of instagram when it came so maybe my bad engagement made them revert!
