Finished all 30 issues of Papergirls - absolute gem of sci-fi, so recommended! And yes, Amazon did a tv series, which wasn’t too bad, but pales in comparison with the original.
@alexsavin as a fan of the comics, I was disappointed when Amazon cancelled the show after a single season... but I've used it as an excuse to push the comics on more people! (See also: Vaughan's Y: The Last Man)
@adam oh no, I missed the cancellation news! Y is amazing too, and Saga is epic - and there also was a recent tv show on Y The Last Man - but it too was sort of average
@alexsavin yes, that's kinda what I was getting at: two shows based on Vaughan's work cancelled after a single season. Fortunately, Saga (which, agreed is wonderful) is completely unfilmable!
