If you have ghosts in your HomeKit, I have but one recommendation, which has gotten me out of nearly every jam:

Check your Home Hubs.

If the active one is a HomePod and not an Apple TV?

Kill it with fire.

@ablaze We can’t do that if the Apple TV is connected via Ethernet, right?

@pratik Does Apple TV not support being on the Wi-Fi network while connected to Ethernet like a Mac does? Uh oh if not.

@ablaze Well, it shows only one connection. But now it still shows the Apple TV as the home hub after I reconnected the Ethernet so it’s all good
