I have corrected the link in the footer to point to your Letting with Ning website - and while there I noticed the writeup you did of the Ocean Front logo, love that!
Yes, for Strathmere Leather I was going to do a 'S' in the font that I'm using for the headings on that site, maybe using the color of the footer as the background, and then a diamond shape border using the color of the text...just never got to it :-) feel free to riff on that if you are interested in doing so. I certainly prefer to use a handmade design like yours as opposed to the computer generated look that mine would have.
@aa I have already worked on some drafts before your reply, and it seems my idea for the design is different from yours. I am inclined to focus on craftsmanship rather than the luxury of a diamond.
If you are interested in designs 1-4, please consider tipping me at least $30, as these will require more effort than the Ocean Front design, which is essentially my handwriting (lol). Your contribution will also help me save up for a new iPad to do more work and serve as my birthday gift 🙏

@ningkantida Hey now, awesome! I'm good with the approach of focusing more on the craftsmanship than luxury, especially since my aesthetic is quite understated. Impressive that you've already put so much time into the concepts! Will give this some thought today as to which design approach I am drawn to the most...I do like the simplicity of initials only...but let me think about a bit more today :-)
@aa I’m glad you like my designs! After reading your brand and product stories, I felt the logo should emphasize understated craftsmanship. So, I played around with the concept—focusing on the authenticity of handmade elements combined with subtle elegance.
Conceptualizing has been my fun activity these past few months, so I tend to get overly eager to sketch some drafts, hehe.
I can create both initials and wordmark if you’d prefer; just throw in a few more bucks 👍
@aa And hey, just a quick question—do you want to include "the" in the logo design? If you prefer a cleaner look, we can go with just the name or even potentially replacing with the initials instead. Let me know your preference so we can make sure the final result is exactly what you envision. @ningkantida 'The' is not necessary for this one as it is just "Strathmere Leather". Of the concepts, I do like the clean lines of #1 as a wordmark and #3 for the initials. Looks like both of those ideas include stitching as a detail?
