@aa Sometimes it seems as if wherever you go in the eastern US, you end up crossing the Susquehanna! It passes through Binghamton NY, where we lived a few years ago.
@JohnBrady you know, I’ve never looked at how long the Susquehanna river is, and where it goes…looks like it may begin in Cooperstown NY? Fascinating to follow it!
@aa Barely related, but… Every time I hear “Suquehanna” I think of The Three Stooges, “Brideless Groom” skit. Shemp in the phonebooth: “Give me Susquehanna 2222” 🤓
@tinyroofnail @JohnBrady I grew up going from greater NYC to the Outer Banks NC every summer, so I hear my father saying, "Look The mighty Susquehanna!"
