@odd I find it helpful. I primarily use it to spot trends and learn based on the previous day. If I know my activity was low, and I did the forbidden TV and a nightcap, I’ll expect low quality. Etc. Also, using it to track sleep debt is huge, lots of details regarding sleep wellness.
