@odd iOS/watchOS app is AutoSleep. Non-subscription based sleep tracking and analytics. Best I have used (and I think I’ve just about tried them all).

@odd I find it helpful. I primarily use it to spot trends and learn based on the previous day. If I know my activity was low, and I did the forbidden TV and a nightcap, I’ll expect low quality. Etc. Also, using it to track sleep debt is huge, lots of details regarding sleep wellness.

@aa This is great! I see that I could benefit from having an Apple Watch with an O2 reading. I’ve been meaning to get one, but have had other expenses, so not yet, but this is inspiring me to prioritize it.
