@odd Yeah, they're interesting. Sort of World-War era recreation of communal anabaptism in the vein of Hutterites.

@aa Not sure yet, but probably will be. I don't think I have the fortitude to join intentional community, but I love reading from the Bruderhof (including their magazine Plough). They've got a lot in common with anabaptists (of which I am).

@odd I feel like we've accidentally hijacked this thread. Sorry! I wrote a little about anabaptism here. Main EN wikipedia entry is pretty good intro. The biggest trove of knowledge is probably the GAMEO.
