Productive shop time today. Cut 42 walnut blanks (to carve into dowels) and selected and cut a portion of cherry to begin carving a spoon or two.
Also got a first finishing coat on six shelves for the classroom closet. Two more coats to go. Goal is to finish them Wednesday, carve the dowels Tuesday, and hang everything this weekend.
