My second shot at pickling stuff. Less vinegar and more sugar this time. It will be interesting to see what the difference is. #pickling

@wyldphyre are these just put into vingerar or did you make them hot to keep them for longer? I've recently found out that I like pickled vegtetables as long as the vinagar is not to harsh and it has enough suggar in it.

@V_ It’s a really simple pickling solution I found the recipe for online. Basically it’s vinegar, water, salt, and sugar brought to a boil and poured over the veggies in the jars. I put some garlic powder, dill and coriander seed powder in the jars as well. I’d prefer coriander seeds but I can’t find any in the super market.

I only recently decided to give it a go myself when I found out how easy it is to do. Definitely recommend giving it a shot if you like pickled veggies.

@wyldphyre I need to try adding some salt, I'm only using rice vinegar and suggar so far. Cant add coriander seeds as I'm the only one at home who likes coriander :-) Did you get your recipe idea from Adam Ragusea?

@V_ No. I watched several videos on YouTube and then got a recipe from the “Coley Cooks” site.
