A new report on UK news consumption during the general election shows that many of the things we think about the media and politics are false - and that people’s news consumption is less than 3 minutes a day.

Worrying stuff.

@adders I believe people are as distrustful of big media as they are centralised politics. Ground roots-level campaigns have never been more important; once you put the issue through the lens of "this is your neighbourhood", I think people are much more likely to pay attention.
