@becky I agree with so much of what you're saying here.

To be quite honest, I think Twitter doesn't help at all. Unfortunately, the Apple fan community, like so many others, has thrown itself so much in with Twitter that there is now a discernable line between those prone to destructive, hyperbolic yelling and those who are seeking to have a wider perspective on such fraught issues.
