  • Sign in with Apple
  • Code sent via phone

Are either of those viable options for you?

@SimonWoods @gdp The code is sent also to your email, right? I usually get the email pretty quickly. Checked your spam? Or rechecked the email you are entering?

@pratik @gdp @SimonWoods I am also in this category. I don't receive many service's password reset/OTP codes at my Outlook.com email address and Micro.blog is one such.

@gdp @pratik @aurora Sounds like @help is needed. (I'm looking forward to the planned improvements in this process — email reliability appears to have become much worse in recent years, in general)

@gdp @help This is the down side of Micro.blog’s clever attempt at keeping everything centered on the domain. While it works in practice most of the time these days, e-mail was never designed to be a real-time messaging system. The protocols just can’t support it. We need an SMS for domains.
