Reminders has been dog-shit for me lately, so: Reminders -> Due for my non-shared tasks. Instantly better.

Terrible performance from Reminders might be because I’m using a less-powerful device, however if the tiny indie who makes Due can get it right then what are the excuses people have for Apple.

@SimonWoods Due has been on my home screen for years. I use Things 3 for managing bigger areas but for the shit that has to be done daily, Due it is.

@SimonWoods It’s funny how these things work and how people differ. I’m a longtime Things 2 and Things 3 user (a decade). I recently switched to Reminders from Things for the better integration with the OS. However, Due has always been such a wonderfully made app.
