Treated myself to some Nanoleaf lightstrips, but they don’t have the U.K./Irish plug with it. Because I’m in the E.U. and that’s the store I was forwarded to, it’s an E.U. plug I get. Not the case with the Shapes order I already received. Seems utterly stupid.

@SimonWoods The advice I got ‘buy an adapter, it’s cheaper than sending it back’ rendered me temporarily lost for words. I’ve sent another email as that response, from a company, is pretty shocking. And don’t get me started on Brexit. :-D

@BenSouthwood Welp sounds like another company to put on the "Not Buying" list.

@SimonWoods I’m tempted to just send it back and get a refund. It was a stunningly poor customer service response, I’ve contacted a different department hoping for a different person.
