@pratik But it’s mainly just point and shoot, the phone does most of it. I just decide what’s in the photo, what is left out, and the way things are organized in the frame.
@pratik Always. Most of the time, I’d say 95%, it’s just a matter of applying a filter I have on Lightroom, minor tweaks, bundled with a touch of Velvia. Highlights lowered, shadows brighter, blacks as well, but really just a little. Trying to get it to “reality” level, up from “boring”.
@maique Good to know. All photos you take go to Lightroom? I use Lightroom only for RAW photos.
@pratik All the ones that I consider for posting, yes. I’ll import a few, then pick the ones that I’ll edit.
If it’s work, it will be RAW files, and jpgs from the Q. All others are just jpgs from the iPhone (I rarely shoot RAW with the phone). Phone photos are WAY more than work photos these days. A LOT more.
@maique I use regular Photos editing on the iPhone or in some cases, Snapseed. I guess I should get it out of my head that Lightroom is good for RAW only. I haven't yet gotten fully comfortable with editing RAW photos on the phone
@pratik Lightroom works just fine with jpgs, and now even video!
But I guess you can get the same thing with Snapseed. I’m just too used to Lightroom, and have that filter set up already. Since I like how it looks, I just press the button, and save. That’s how much editing goes into them, and it’s fast (my main requirement 🤣)
