@bradenslen I think we could make a similar argument about the citizens as well, Brad. I think a very low percentage of people have any significant amount of cash held in reserves for emergencies, even though it's usually the first thing that financial advisors encourage people to accumulate.

@Ron True. But Joe and Jane Sixpack were not calling the shots as to why we can't even make our own medical masks or even make the materials for them. We can't even convert our factories to producing our own goods, because the factories are gone.

@bradenslen The CEO's of General Motors and Tesla have both offered their plants to produce more ventilators. I suspect medical masks will also be produced by Americans, if needed.
