It’s Sunday morning and I am back to being overwhelmed by meal planning, how’s your day? I should say that M & I made banana bread and pumpkin bread this morning, so that’s lovely.

@KimberlyHirsh Ha, I tried meal planning and it totally stressed me out. I have found that I function much better by stopping at the grocery store every day. It’s not efficient but I always walk in the door with one bag of groceries and get cooking. I find that the lack of efficiency is outweighed by the lack of stress. But I realize that this won’t work for most people.

@RobertLominack I'm doing a thing where I keep a stock of breakfast and lunch stuff on hand and plan exactly 1 dinner at a time. It's going okay so far.

@KimberlyHirsh Yeah, I should have been more clear. Breakfast and lunch are not things I buy everyday. My youngest is a high school senior and so I really just have to worry about dinner (except having breakfast things on hand).
