I think the new Apple Music Voice Plan may be a decent offering.

I do feel some pity for fans of classical music who will have to request “Mozart’s Symphony No. 25 in G Minor, K. 183: I. Allegro con brio.” Or Bon Iver fans who want to listen to anything from 22, A Million.

@dandycat Yes. Sometimes I’ve had to find the track on my phone and send it to my HomePod and then ask Siri what is playing to know what it to say!

@Omrrc You and me both! The higher $10 a month plan is well worth the expense to avoid having to figure out those long or complex song titles.

@dandycat I tried to get Siri to play the new album by "The Album Leaf." It didn't go well LOL.

@dandycat it is interesting if Siri was any good. Ask it to play the Moby album innocents. There are others I could list. But what is the point it Siri will not play what you ask for. Frustrating for sure

@agilelisa I can imagine! That’s a shame, though. Those are nice albums to listen to. Apple should make a special Siri fix for that band!

@terrygrier I’m still wondering if the day will ever come when Siri can be considered good. Or heck, even adequate. Sure, it’s definitely improved since it was released all the way back in 2011, but it’s still not the sort of life-changing thing Apple makes it out to be.

@dandycat competing with Spotify Student plan perhaps? And using them as guinea pigs for a screen-less UI future?

@warner I’ve never used Spotify, but from what I’ve heard, if this can get Apple Music closer to featuring some of what Spotify has to offer, then maybe being a guinea pig wouldn’t be so bad.
