Trying to use my iPad mini as an ebook reader. Mainly, so I do not have to carry a kindle too. I turn on and reduce white filters, read in dark mode. Any other tips?

@Munish I have a focus mode for whenever I open kindle, that automatically activates. It stops all notifications, except from my wife and sets the device to dark mode.
@pcora done all that. I think Iβm just trying to stop myself from buying more tech lol π
@Munish I put a paper-like screen protector on mine to reduce fingerprints and to help it feel a little better than glass.
@indw do you recommend paper-like over the cheaper versions?
@mindofaaronw I like the wink in a kindle too. Knowing me though, I will buy a scribe and then say itβs too big. Maybe they will release a smaller one lol π
@Munish I use a cheaper version to good effect. Also much better if you use a stylus or Apple Pencil.
@cfrandall no, itβs actually way simpler. Go into the focus settings and you will see that there is an option to enable upon launching selected apps. Under add a schedule.
