Today I went to the GP after an episode of elevated heart rate and numbness in my left hand. Everything is OK and my vitals are back to normal. Apparently, the elevated heart rate could be related to stress & anxiety. No surprises!

@ridwan Good thing you checked it out. I’ve done so in the past, and it was probably stress and too fatty food. They said I was right to come check it out. 🇨🇭(inverse)

@odd Yep. Work and personal life has been stressful over the past few weeks. I guess it’s time to take it easy and get some good night sleep and rest.
