The thing where you can bring Amazon returns to a UPS Store (or Kohl’s, for whatever reason) without a shipping label or box (or packaging of any kind) is the kind of innovation this world needs.
@sarcassem Amazon has been giving us that option for a few months now (along with Amazon lockers). Don’t know if it’s everywhere or not. I don’t live in a typical launch-here-first area.
@Mtt Amazon needs to be better about telling me which items need to be packaged and which don't. Whenever it gives me the code instead of a label, I assume it doesn't need to be packaged. Not always the case!
