What would be a reasonable and fair price to offer someone to design a HTML and CSS to match for a landing page with four sections? I can probably do it myself but rather pay someone to do it quicker.
@pratik If you send me a sketch (can be really rough) of what you’re thinking, I’ll let you know what I would’ve quoted when I did freelance as a reference for you.
