Inspired by some posts by @annie, I decided to add my own Bookmarks page.

@Mtt Will the plugin be updated to include the recently added Tags support? @sod

@Mtt hey hey now it’s a club! (How do you feel about frilly toothpicks?)

@Annie Wait. So there are people who do not like frilly toothpicks with clubs?

Annie

@Mtt Apparently so. Hard to believe, I know

@numericcitizen It is already possible, but you'll have to use the custom option. In fact, @heyloura already put together a version that adds the date/tags and cleans up the output a bit. You can see my adaptation as well (for now mine has in-line styles as I play with it, but that'll be removed). (cc @sod)

@Annie Ah those toothpicks, I can’t believe I couldn’t put that together in my head. 😂

@Mtt @ would you write a post on occasion explaining how you made that beautiful ☆ bookmarks page? And what you like to change (keywords: design, tags) to make it even better?

@ovr Here ya go:

  1. Become a Micro.blog Premium Member
  2. Install @sod's bookmark plugin
  3. Create a new page with this code

That gets you the exact look of mine. You can also use the default look from the plugin or style it yourself. In the directions above, the css is all inline, but you can strip that out and add it to your custom css if you'd like.

@Mtt Thanks! I've done what you (and @sod) described, tweaked the font-style a bit to match it with my overall design, and .... now I show my bookmarks page on ovr.micro.blog, with a ☆ in the top menu.

@ovr Very nice!
