First experiment with the RD-8. It's so much easier to build a good beat and mess about with it live.

@MrHenko Thanks, the RD-8 is great fun to play with. You know you've earned one 😂

The baseline could be better but it was just a pattern I had sitting around. Once I've got some new cables I'll hook both the TD-3s up through the new effects pedals I also got and try to do something proper.

@colinwalker You make a compelling argument for me buying one. :) But I've decided that I need to start using the gear I have before getting more, so I've just started watching tutorials for the TR-505 to finally learn how to use it.

Post some more audio when you got the things hooked up. Would be nice to hear!

@MrHenko Good luck, I've not heard the best of things about the 505 but hope you can make good use of it.

@colinwalker Neither have I. It doesn't seem to have nearly as good a reputation as the other Roland machines. I don't really know why though. Yes, it's hard to use and the sounds are limited in their appeal, but the same could be said for many other TR and TD products.

@MrHenko Still, it's what you do with it that matters.
