@c It's a great ideal but the reality is that the people I connect with on Twitter and Facebook won't go elsewhere. My indieweb site is aspirational and an archive; the action mainly happens on Facebook.

@MitchWagner Sadly Facebook has locked off the outside indie world, but doing threaded conversations between indie sites and Twitter is a realizable reality. I've writtten a bit about how I've done it with my WordPress site in the past: Threaded conversations between WordPress and Twitter. Have you been to any of the San Diego IndieWeb/Homebrew Website Club meetups? I know there's one coming up on the 29th: events.indieweb.org

@MitchWagner They started up late last year. I'm up here in the LA area, but have been attending their online meetups.
