@maique I’m trying to read more various authors — women, PoC, LGBTQ. I haven’t been entirely successful. My favorite writers still tend to be cis white dudes.

@MitchWagner I find books through a variety of means. Sometimes, a book is mentioned in an an article or book I’m reading. At times, I see books that others have finished or are reading on GoodReads. I add everything to Want-to-Read shelf on GoodReads and then pick when I want to start a new one.

@pratik I have enough favorite authors that it’s easy — too easy — to stay with them. And I use Amazon wishlists rather than the goodreads want to read list.

@dominikhoecht I rarely listen to audiobooks. My mind wanders. Not a problem with podcasts.

@MitchWagner I made a conscious effort last year to go beyond my favorite authors/genres. Sought out books that people I respected read. Discovered a whole new world out there.
