There are work-from-home tips and then there are work-from-home when your spouse is also working from home and your kids are not in school and there’s a pandemic outside tips. Please send me the latter.

@pratik I still can’t unsee the pandemic “The Shining” reference posted by… @mitchwagner (I think).
@MitchWagner Oh… I’m sorry! I’ve tried to Google it, but now I cannot find it… It was basically about self-isolation, (corona-style)…and I think we all know how the movie goes. 🎥 🍿 @pratik
@pratik Co-sign. People keep saying this plan is good for introverts, but I think those people live alone.
@fgtech I'm an introvert too but I need to get out of the house once in a while even to work. I just don't want people talking to me most of the time :)
@Cheri Wow! Thanks for that. Lovely read. My wife and I can somehow make it work but add a kid that we have keep busy and two dogs who wonder why we haven't left home in a week, things get a little dicey :)
@pratik Ha! I bet. I remember when I first started working from home and my cats kept staring at me. You're STILL here?
@pratik It's not a tip, but your post made me laugh. I feel as though I am looking for the tip that doesn't exist, or at least is hidden in some remote cave that is reached by crossing a huge desert. Some days I go to bed feeling that I almost have it nailed, other days I am waving the white flag of defeat!
@pratik There are 3 people WFH at our house - me, my wife and my sister. All have got their own corners to work from. We have explained our daughter why she should not do just 1 thing throughout the day. Some activities like art/craft/drawing/coloring. Some Lego. Some reading. And some controlled TV time. She doesn’t get an iPad or mobile. She is also welcome to come to any of us to mingle, but only if they are not on calls or in middle of some important work. Someone else takes over in that case. Regular breaks are still in, like lunch, tea time and it is spent without a miss when all are together. Things have been going fine for last week/week and a half. Might need some changes when this routine gets boring.
