Twitter the platform is awesome! Twitter the community stinks. Let’s see if this micro.blog stuff fills the void.

@abnry It’s a good question. I haven’t seen anyone use Disqus on their Micro.blog hosted account. Maybe @help knows.

@macgenie @abnry There's a help page here with instructions for setting up Disqus. We are also looking for ways to better integrate this kind of thing with Micro.blog conversations in the future.

@help @macgenie @abnry I'm using Remarkbox for those kinds of comments.

www.remarkbox.com

Based on this recommendation from Brett Terpstra

brettterpstra.com/2019/03/0...

RemarkBox works fine for the trickle of comments I get on my blog, outside of micro.blog itself. Even "trickle" may be overstating. But still I like that people can comment if they want to, so I keep it running.

@abnry BTW, you can use the help page @help linked to as a guide to setting up RemarkBox. Just use the RemarkBox code instead of disqus. It was not difficult, even for me, and I have very little knowledge of CSS, JavaScript or coding in general.
