@Miraz Love this! As a man who just turned 50, I currently find the lower-back part particularly interesting, but I think these are all great life habits in general. Wishing you a prosperous next 30 years 🙂

@Miraz They sound like some very sensible “life's resolutions" :) I keep thinking I should get into a habit of doing more strength training... nothing wild, but enough to preserve my muscle strength as I get older. I figure Future Me would thank me for it, the earlier I start. And yet it falls on the backburner 😅

@jayeless It’s tricky and you’re busy raising Indie too. I suspect the way in is to pick one thing, or maybe one arm and one leg thing, and do what Will Harlow calls exercise snacks. Like “Hey, I have 2 minutes, I’ll do 10 squats”. Try to do one thing for a couple of minutes a couple of times per day at least 3 times per week. That’d be way better than some intention to spend 30 minutes 5 days per week but not have time or motivation to actually carry it out. For me, one thing led to another. Also, parenting is already physically demanding with all the lifting, carrying and whatnot. Don’t forget that! 😁

@Miraz Haha very true, wrangling Indie can be a workout in and of itself sometimes! 😄 I do think something more systematic would be a good idea, though. Thanks for the suggestions!
