So, uh, looks like we're closing on the house tomorrow. Three weeks early.

Would love to give our realtor a gift of some kind; she's been utterly amazing. Have suggestions?

I mean, we're giving her the gift of a 3% commission but even so.

@aleen One of the people involved with my house gave me a cutting board with my name engraved and a nice Pendleton blanket. I sent flowers to her office, which I think she appreciated.

@aleen Flowers in a pretty vase? She could use the vase for stagings if she doesn't want it (or need it) in her home.

And if you know her dietary/beverage restrictions, a bottle of good champagne or some gourmet delicacies can be a nice gift. With no resulting clutter.

@jeridansky The person at the title agency said that it doesn't happen often! The buyer is related to the loan officer, so I guess they have extra incentive to be on top of things
