Might not look like much, but that Portaloo near the white sign marks the corner of our new property at Ruakākā, and indicates that work is about to start on our new house. 👯♀️
@ptrck It sure is! The property is tiny — we're going down from approximately 1 acre to 1/6 acre. The house though will be much bigger than our current house.
@Miraz that’s good, a lot less land to take care of. My parents live on 7 acres and are approaching their 80s. Trying to convince them it’s time to downsize.
@ptrck Yes, tending land is hard physical work. We'll really miss the privacy and quiet of having space around us though.
