My last day on the front lines of the hospitality industry. Nearly 50 years of running into the fire. 🔥 I’ve done everything. Next week I’ll start working as a PBX operator. Finish my career with a soft landing rather than a crash and burn. Leave something in tank for retirement.

@larand funny sorry, in the interview she asked me how I am with conflict resolution. I told her that all you do in a restaurant is resolve conflicts. Someone is alway upset about something.
