@alexink Back when I was teaching people how to use their Macs I struck one or two (maybe just one) person like that. Mysteriously stuff just wouldn't work correctly around them. They were doing everything 'right' but still it would go wrong. Perhaps what they need is someone who can teach them to manage their Disruptor Powers. 😆

I have one watch that's lived longer than 3 months, an analog Timex. Back in the day, my flip phones lasted no longer than 2 before weird shit started happening.
I'm convinced it's related to my being an Empath.
If my nervous system picks up vibes (we're electrical creatures, after all) others miss, why wouldn't it also disrupt electrical waves?
@jessekelber Oh, I definitely know it's a thing. But I like your take on it, though I'm not sure my sister is an empath, but she does disrupted electronic gizmos with alarming regularity.
