Ever since I discovered the New York Times Acrostic I’ve been doing one per day, starting with the first in the archive. Sadly, that binge means I’m now all caught up. Now I have to wait a couple of weeks for each new one. I’ve become way better at solving them too (mostly). 😀
@Miraz You started with the 1999 ones? I didn’t even know these existed until your post. I do the crossword often but never noticed these other games at the bottom of the page.
@ezellwrites I did indeed! I’m now also working my way through the cryptics, but only the ones I can do online. Many need to be printed.
@ezellwrites Having done a whole heap now, I think I’ve developed some useful techniques. Some still break my brain and take well over an hour!
