@rosemaryorchard I will never forget when I first discovered Markdown six or eight years ago. It was magical. 🤩

@Lioncourt I love markdown - it's my preferred way to write now! I think my boss figured out how much of a geek I am when I started talking about John Gruber and Daring Fireball 🤓

@rosemaryorchard I can totally relate. One of the most surreal moments of my writing career was when Gruber linked to a piece I wrote on DF. 😱🤓

@Lioncourt That is big. My server would probably collapse in shock if that were to happen!

@rosemaryorchard The only thing I wish I could workout, regarding Markdown, is a reasonable way to use it in Scrivener when compiling to epub. As far as I know, it only support compilation to RTF/HTML from MD. 😞

@Lioncourt Thats my biggest hurdle with Scrivener. I love everything about it, but really want Markdown support.

@brennan That doesn't stop me from using Scrivener; there's just nothing that compares for writing longer works. But since it allows you to export Markdown to HTML/RTF, the lack of MD support for the various epub formats, themselves based on HTML anyway, seems an odd omission.
