@Mtt I dunno man I’m from New Orleans and I once went to a crawfish boil in Lafayette and they boiled them in plain water then put the boil spices on the cooked crawfish which is…counterintuitive (at best) to me. 😆

@Mtt One of my favorite food memories was a crawfish boil that a professor, who had just arrived to us from Louisiana, put on with authentic crawdads that his family had picked up, put on ice, and driven back themselves. It was my first time but I still sucked the heads. Just magic in that flavor.
