@KimberlyHirsh I wonder, though, as a devil’s advocate, is quoting writing? I ask, because quotes lack context by their nature, unless thoughtfully accompanied by said context by the quoter.

@renevanbelzen I would argue that quoting without adding anything is more reading or note-taking than writing.
