I’ve been reading the staff handbook for my new school library job and my dress is supposed to meet or exceed the standards expected of students. Based on what I saw last year as a parent, I should be fine wearing glittery poofy dresses or cosplaying as Taylor Swift.
@Archimage Oh I am excited at those possibilities. I've said for years my midlife crisis would mean dressing like all my clothes came from the kids section at Target.
@KimberlyHirsh I’m not sure what I’d think if I encountered Glinda the Good Witch at the reference desk, but children are more resilient than I am.
