@gr36 When I first saw this a few days ago, I was amazed. There are people who don’t have a running monologue in their heads? Wild. Also it sounds kind of nice. Quiet.
@gr36 Interesting. I “self talk” to myself a lot and I always thought that’s what was meant by an inner monologue. But I can always stop the “self talk” and have a quiet mind when I want so I guess its not the same 🤔
@gr36 Same. I found out my spouse does not have an inner monologue and it blew my mind. It also made me think of the television series Scrubs and how many watching it wouldn’t understand why JD has an inner monologue throughout the series.
