@numericcitizen I've been mostly happy with Airalo. You can buy it whenever and activate it likewise, as long as you can find a place with Wifi. I wouldn't activate it until you're planning to use it. The only difference between using my physical SIM card alone and having both is that with both, I have to tell my phone which SIM to use for what.

@KimberlyHirsh got the app installed and located the eSIM for Morocco... @ 1 GB for 7 days for 10$ US is not exactly cheap and there is no other "package"...
