@spgreenhalgh Interesting passage. I read Just a Geek when it was first released (when you could IM Wil on AIM). This made me think of the awesome 50 Years of Interactive Fiction project and all the programmers it mentions.

@KimberlyHirsh I came to Wil late (I might have seen him in TableTop before ever watching TNG 😬), so this was first I'd heard of his memoir. I love the conceit of annotating a memoir with updates and commentary 20 years later, though.

@spgreenhalgh You know what? I think it's actually cool that you know him as the host of Tabletop first. I think he'd like that. The memoir was in some parts annotations of his blog posts. So it's multilayer engagement with his own writing. Also pretty cool.
