During her early years in parliament Collins developed a reputation for tough talking and in 2009 was nicknamed Crusher Collins when she proposed legislation to 'crush' the cars of persistent boy racers.

I sincerely hope she and her kind are indeed crushed in the forthcoming.
@JohnPhilpin I'm no fan of National, or of Collins, but they have an impossible task. Perhaps someone with experience and an iron will is what they need to pull themselves together. That said, I hope they don’t manage to get themselves together, though every democracy needs good opposition.
