I need an easy way to do a mini-podcast. An idea that should be said verbally, but it’s short and self-contained, about the length of an untitled blog post, like the one you’re reading now.

I had the same idea back in 2019 @dave - I even created a 🔗🎙️snicklecast to describe what a 🔗🎙️snicklecast - and why it is.
Never cracked the ‘simple’ part though.
I THINK there is something like this in MicroBlog on a higher tier than I sit at.
@JohnPhilpin @dave wavelength is mantons app for recording & posting. It looks great, but I’d need a full micro.blog account to use it.
There are WordPress plugins. I managed to get telex to make an audio recording block, which allows you to record in a block in a post. Saves an mp3 & converts to audio block.
@johnjohnston Wavelength of course … that’s the one. Just reinstalled and ran a test .. recorded a snickelcast .. processed through Auphonic .. and there it sits … I think that I need the ‘really full’ account to make it post directly to microblog … when at a computer later I will see If the kluge I used to use still works.
