So I just did a long timeline scroll on XTwitter and all I learned new is that people are attacking oatmeal.
@JohnPhilpin Frankly, I heeled and toed it out of there right quickly so I did not investigate deeply. I figured a XTwit pile on about oatmeal could get nasty real quick. You know how it gets there.
@bradenslen I hear you my man - I hear you. I’m just honored that I know someone as committed to even a cursory glance at a bowl of the stuff much less to actually consume - I mean even the wolf could see what was going on without too much self reflection.
Oh - and when I say ‘know’ - I fully relate to the cane waver ethos that ‘knowing’ is best done over many pints in many pubs over many years before even knowing how each makes a crust - much less the name of the other half that will generally be forever ‘seen’ as ‘Maris’ - I was using the more modern definition whereupon we have each made a comment on each other’s posts every blue moon or so.
