Very Annoying … I understand - but no less annoying - I am talking lack of CalDAV support in the new Apple reminders app.

@AlanRalph I think Fantastical is in same boat ... you can see reminders - but it’s the old ones - doesn’t play with the reminders apps

@JohnPhilpin Even more annoying is that they wipe out your existing CalDAV data in the process instead of moving it onto iCloud. The reminders app doesn't seem to provide any way to backup existing reminders. They shouldn't wonder why people like me do not trust them with my data - never have, never will.

@joejenett curiously they do seem to exist somewhere. I use BusyCal and I noticed that the reminders weren’t updating there ... which made be look into it further ... but all those reminders were being pulled in from the old caldav service - so I lost nothing.

@JohnPhilpin On Kim's iMac, we weren't using Fantastical or BusyCal so I lost them. Fortunately, I held off on "upgrading" reminders on her phone so all the reminders are still there - only lost on her desktop - so all should be recoverable.
