I had in my head one of those virtual drive things that you keep at home - but is accessible like drop box - but life is about to get a little too complicated for that - so this is a great alternative.

The downside of any dropbox alternative is the ubiquity of it ... but I guess I can keep two or three devices around for that bit and move elsewhere …

And then I look at my Google drive

And then at iCloud

And then at my many local drives

And then back to Dropbox

And then .... pCloud ... maybe I need to take it from the beginning again :-)

Maybe it is iCloud only - which has - for me at least been reliable over last 12 to 15 months.
