@devilgate I always do at the time of writing, but sometimes when I go back, it makes me wonder. That said, for the past month I have been intentionally cryptic as I post comments to bits of news without links or context, just to see. To see what? Not sure. Wondering about how we consume the stream, is, I think, top of my mind.

My conclusion is that the answer is a combination of one or more of the following;

• nobody sees the post.
  
• they see and read and get it .. because they just saw the same bit of news.
  
• they see and read and do not it get it … and just move on.
  
• they see and read and do not it get it … and ask.
  

That 4th option is rare.
Not unknown … but definitely rare.

In answer to your unasked question … this was in reference to the Stewart Rhodes sentencing … me musing on the Idea that if he deserved 18 years, I wonder how many years the main guy should get?
